Sell Merch & NFT At Once

The last and most important step in the sales process of PhygitalX is to claim the physical item that is linked to the NFT.

As we have explained in previous sessions, each NFT on PhygitalX represents a unique and authentic physical item.

This feature allows customers to request for the delivery of the actual item from the seller after they purchase the NFT.

However, each NFT can only be claimed once in its lifetime.

Once a customer claims an NFT, an order with their shipping address and a description of the item will be automatically sent to the seller, who will then ship the item to customer.

The NFT will then become unclaimable and will only serve as a digital certificate of ownership and authenticity for the item.

By incorporating an NFT into the sales process, each item’s value is significantly enhanced since each one has its own characteristics with a digital proof of its origin and history.
